The movie is a sequel to Thamizh Padam (2010) and a hilarious satire about the cliched heroes in Kollywood. The sequel, being a parody of the cop genre, checks several of the cop movies that have released in Tamil in recent years and features Shiva in the lead role, as a police officer.
